Andy entered the professional design field in May of 2001 and joined Pizzo & Associates, Ltd. in January of 2006 as the Senior Landscape Architect. He offers a diverse background including varied experiences in Landscape Architecture where he had key roles in a multitude of design projects including commercial/retail landscape design, campus masterplanning, downtown streetscape design, subdivision development, city park planning and development, residential estate planning and ecological restoration. At Pizzo he is a member of the Management Team and his responsibilities include advising project ecologists on natural areas planning and bidding issues, business development, coordination of marketing, the recruitment, training, & management of professional office staff including ecologists, designers, and I.T. consultants. As Senior Landscape Architect he directs and reviews all of Pizzo’s design & consultation work.
